Diving, Offshore and Training Medical Agency (DOTMEDICA) was established in 2003 as the Diving Medical Center (DMC) by Major General Dr. Atta Ibrahim (God's mercy on him), pioneer of diving and hyperbaric medicine in Alexandria, recognised by International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA).
Dr.Abdelmoamen Hamed added OGUK Medical Assessment in 2014 to increase the scope of our activity to include offshore medical activity to be offshore and diving medical center (ODMC).
